Being new on team, it was great to meet the guys from Jajce and Čapljina! We had an awesome time...inspiring and allot of fun (he, he as you can see in the photo I've attached:-)I am truly excited for what God is doing in BiH and for the year that lies ahead. I've been here just over 5 weeks now and thank God for all my new friends and the young people I've met.
Buidling relationships is a key part of our work here and it's so important to remember that it's often the small things you do (giving someone a smile, an encouraging word, to spent time and just listen what someone has to say) that can have the greatest effect/impact.
Thinking of Jesus and how He just went about doing good, listening to people, talking with people, loving others - and the great impact His life had on those around Him....which had a ripple effect to the whole world...that is amazing. As Edward E. Hale said: " I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do the something I can do". Wow, yes... may this be my resolve...our resolve - to do the something that we can do.All my love,
